- The Benchmark Study project has completed leadership and institutional surveys that will be distributed in July. Next steps after the survey results are compiled include forming multiple focus groups to discuss ideas from the surveys with an expected project closure in August or early September.
- The Student Data Readiness project has completed all deliverables for Towson University and the data discovery sessions with Coppin State University.
Purpose
ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø is currently growing the use of collaborative services in many areas where we are considering broad opportunities, not just administration and technology. Our approach is to produce better service and outcomes, balanced with the unique needs of each institution.

Annual Assessments
An annual assessment of each collaborative service and the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø collaborative service organization will be developed each year beginning in 2026. Assessments will be published to this area and will include accomplishments, course corrections, lessons learned, metrics/KPIs, milestones, and future year plans.

Active Projects
- eLearning Tool: MEEC RFP under development and creation of a business case is slated for July.
- Compensation Administration Tool: Business case completed and presented to SHRC (HR leadership group).
- Student Data Readiness: Coppin deliverables will complete in early July. UMBC data discovery sessions to take place in July, followed by Bowie State University technical sessions in August.
