Ellen R. Fish serves as Market President for Atlantic Union Bank's Baltimore and Western ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø markets, where she leads the bank's commercial banking strategy, client relationships, and market expansion efforts throughout the region.

With more than 40 years of banking experience, Ellen has held senior leadership positions at several ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø financial institutions. Prior to joining Atlantic Union Bank, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Hamilton Bank. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of CFG Community Bank and President of Americas Bank. She also held a variety of leadership roles with Provident Bank, including responsibilities in commercial banking, executive and professional banking, small business lending, leasing, and syndicated finance.

A dedicated civic and community leader, Ellen was appointed by the Governor of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø to the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Board of Regents, where she currently serves as Chair of the Finance Committee. She also serves on the boards of the University of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Medical System where she currently serves as Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit & Compliance Committee; the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra; and the Greater Baltimore Committee. In addition, she is a member and past president of Executive Alliance.

Throughout her career, Ellen has served in leadership and governance roles with numerous business, educational, and charitable organizations across ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø. Her service reflects a longstanding commitment to strengthening communities, advancing education, and supporting economic development throughout the region.

Ellen has received numerous honors recognizing her professional achievements and community leadership, including the Baltimore Sun's 25 Women to Watch, ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Bankers Association Achievement Honors, The Daily Record's Circle of Excellence and Top 100 Women awards, Baltimore Style's Woman of Strength Award, and the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award. She was also recognized during the 75th Anniversary of Women at Virginia Tech as one of the distinguished leaders featured in Generations of Women Leaders at Virginia Tech.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business and is a graduate of Leadership Baltimore County, Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership and Leadership ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø.

Ms. Fish resides in Baltimore County, ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø, with her husband, Andy.
