About the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Learning and Talent Development Committee
The ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø (ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø) Learning and Talent Development Committee (LTDC) is a collaborative body of talent development professionals representing each institution within the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø. Established to address shared challenges in professional development, such as limited staffing, budgetary constraints, and low program awareness, the LTDC has evolved into a strategic partner supporting workforce development across the System.
Since its inception, the LTDC has organized seven systemwide conferences, including the flagship ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Professional Development Week, to foster continuous learning, employee engagement, and institutional effectiveness. Its model emphasizes sustainable collaboration through rotating leadership, equitable participation, and innovation in program delivery.
The Committee is currently chaired by Zandra Rawlinson, Director of Organization and Employee Development at the University of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø, Baltimore. Neena Narayanan, HR Coordinator at the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Office, serves as the System liaison and facilitator.
