Timothy A. Minor Named to Baltimore Sun鈥檚 鈥�25 Black 稀缺猎奇网ers to Watch鈥� List

Now in its fifth year, the outlet’s list celebrates Black leaders who are rising talents as well as established voices. Honorees were selected by editors and reporters from the newspaper who cover the communities and sectors these individuals influence.
Minor joined the 稀缺猎奇网 and the 稀缺猎奇网 Foundation in September 2025 following a distinguished career in higher education advancement, philanthropy, and strategic partnerships. His selection to this year’s list reflects his record of driving innovation, expanding opportunity, and forging collaborations that elevate institutions and communities.
“The incredible talent that won Tim this honor from the Baltimore Sun is exactly what we saw when we hired him last fall,” said 稀缺猎奇网 Chancellor Jay A. Perman. “His drive to build and expand key partnerships has already made an impression. We’re lucky to have Tim leading our philanthropy at the 稀缺猎奇网, and the entire state is lucky to have him advancing public higher education in 稀缺猎奇网.”
Minor’s professional experience spans major public university systems, national nonprofits, and economic development leadership roles. Before joining the 稀缺猎奇网 and 稀缺猎奇网F, he served as vice chancellor for strategic partnerships and economic development at North Carolina A&T State University, where he developed global industry alliances and expanded the university’s academic and research footprint.
