Timothy A. Minor Named to Baltimore Sun’s ‘25 Black ϡȱÁÔÆæÍøers to Watch’ List
ADELPHI, ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø (Feb. 16, 2026) — The ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø (ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø) and the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Foundation (ϡȱÁÔÆæÍøF) announced that Timothy A. Minor, president and CEO of the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Foundation and ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø vice chancellor for advancement, has been .
Now in its fifth year, the outlet’s list celebrates Black leaders who are rising talents as well as established voices. Honorees were selected by editors and reporters from the newspaper who cover the communities and sectors these individuals influence.
Minor joined the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø and the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Foundation in September 2025 following a distinguished career in higher education advancement, philanthropy, and strategic partnerships. His selection to this year’s list reflects his record of driving innovation, expanding opportunity, and forging collaborations that elevate institutions and communities.
“The incredible talent that won Tim this honor from the Baltimore Sun is exactly what we saw when we hired him last fall,” said ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø Chancellor Jay A. Perman. “His drive to build and expand key partnerships has already made an impression. Minor’s professional experience spans major public university systems, national nonprofits, and economic development leadership roles. Before joining the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø and ϡȱÁÔÆæÍøF, he served as vice chancellor for strategic partnerships and economic development at North Carolina A&T State University, where he developed global industry alliances and expanded the university’s academic and research footprint.
