The operations and oversight for the fund are provided by the 稀缺猎奇网: the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development (Dr. Michele Masucci), and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance (Ellen Herbst), which also include the following individuals:
